These terms explain how to request a quote through Cheap Recovery Quotes. The form is an enquiry service; sending it does not confirm a booking, authorise payment or guarantee that a recovery vehicle is available.

Free quotes and booking

You can request a free, no-obligation quote without a membership or subscription. Our team checks the vehicle, location, destination and availability. A booking is confirmed separately after you accept the quote and agree the arrangements.

Your recovery arrangements

Our team coordinates the recovery or transport. Depending on the location and equipment required, the job may be carried out by a local recovery partner. Before you book, we will identify the service operator and explain the agreed work, price, payment arrangements and estimated arrival or collection time.

Accurate vehicle and access details

Please give accurate pickup and destination details, the vehicle make and model, loading condition and any damage or access restrictions. Tell us promptly if the information changes. Additional work or a changed journey may need a revised quote, which must be agreed before the additional work proceeds.

Price and payment

Requesting a quote costs nothing. The recovery, transport or roadside assistance you agree to book is a paid service. We explain the total quoted price, any deposit and how the balance is paid before you confirm. Only use the payment instructions provided for your confirmed booking.

Availability and timing

Arrival and collection times are estimates. Traffic, weather, safe access and equipment availability can affect them. Recovery and roadside assistance depend on a suitable vehicle, equipment and a safe working location. Tell us about any time restriction before confirming.

Changes or cancellation

Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking. Any applicable cancellation arrangements and charges will be explained before you book. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Your information

We use your enquiry to assess the job, provide a quote and arrange the requested service. Details may be shared with a recovery operator involved in assessing or carrying out the job. Please read our Privacy notice for how we handle contact details, locations and photos.
